Hawk Ridge Estates is a residential community located in Duluth, Minnesota. This "Community in Nature" has been carefully designed to capture and preserve as much of the natural vegetation and wildlife as possible utilizing environmentally sound development practices. The Hawk Ridge Estates Association, Inc. was formed in 2004 as a Minnesota nonprofit corporation "with members" (Chapter 517) to manage and preserve the unique character of the property and to function as the homeowners' association.
