Hawk Ridge Estates Association is a residential Homeowners Association with Covenants, Rules & Regulations and an annual homeowner assessment of $180. The annual assessment allows the Association to manage the almost 14 acres of common property and easements, provide liability insurance, pay real estate taxes as well as contract for administrative or seasonal services such as snow removal and landscaping. Builders and homeowners are also required to follow the Architectural Design Guidelines when building or remodeling.
